Sphaghetti Bolognese

Peal the onion and cut it into small pieces. Fry the onion togethter with the crushed garlic in a pot. Then add the beef and cook it through. 

When the beef is cooked add the tomatoes from the can, the tomato paste, vegetable stock, ground carrots, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.  Then turn the heat down and simmer for at least 1 hour.

Cook the sphaghetti according to the instructions and serve them with the Bolognese sauce.
