Chef hat transparent

Soak the raisins in warm water. Mix flour, egg yolks, milk, sugar and vanilla seeds. Beat the egg whites until stiff.  Mix egg whites carefully with the mixture. Fold in the raisins. Pour the mixture into a pan (appox. 1 cm high) and bake with butter. Turn over and bake from both sides. Then tear apart with spatulas. Serve with powdered sugar.
