I found several basic hummus recipes when I was looking into how to make hummus. The basic ingredients are generally the same. The ratio of the ingredients differs slightly from recipe to recipe though. The ingredients ratio according to the list on the right so far was best for my personal taste.
The preparation is easy. Just put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth (approx. 2-4 minutes).
