300 gr butter
250 gr sugar
1 pinch of salt
4 eggs
250 gr flour
3 tsp of baking powder
200 gr freshly ground hazelnuts
Margarine for the mould

tsp = teaspoon
tbsp = tablespoon
1 cup = approx. 237 ml
Mix butter, sugar and salt. Add eggs - one at a time. Mix flour and baking powder and then add to the batter. Mix. Then mix in the ground hazelnuts.
The baking time is approx. 60 minutes - "modern ovens" maybe less. Bake on the middle rail.
