Curry Udon

Make a Dashi (soup stock) first [see the recipe here]. 

Slice the carrot into flakes using a peeler.
Mix dashi, water, soy sauce, mirin, curry paste and carrot flakes. Bring to boil and cook until the carrots are cooked through.
Dissolve the flour in some water and stir into the soup.
Cook for approximately 10 minutes until the soup thickens.
Cook the udon noodles according to instructions on the pack.
Put some noodles in a bowl and fill it up with the soup.
