500 gr. Fusilli pasta
500 ml mayonnaise or salad cream (e.g. Miracel Whip)
1 can sweat corn (285 gr.)
1 can peas (140 gr.)
1/2 can kidney beans (400/200 gr.)
2,5 tbsp curry powder
3 tbsp curry ketchup
Around 5 servings
Cook Fusilli pasta in salted water according to instructions. When the pasta is cooked rinse it with cold water.
Whisk mayonnaise/salad cream, curry powder and curry ketchup together.
Mix the pasta, vegetables and dressing.
